A PE (Private Equity) backed National Plant and Fleet provider was undergoing a critical transformation with a need to optimise their IT functions while addressing a lack of accountability across various departments.
Working directly with the MD and leadership team;
- Identified issues with system usage, engaged with key suppliers and provided optimisation recommendations, stopped a system integration saving £345k and help restructure the IT department, helping with the recruitment for Head of IT
